Frequently asked
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Profile → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no surprise charges, no refund-only-if-you-call-us friction.
What happens to my trips if I downgrade?
Everything you've created stays — trips, stops, confirmation numbers, photos, favorites. Only the ongoing Premium-only automations (new AI parses, new booking reminders, future diesel scans) pause. Resubscribe any time and they turn back on without losing data.
Is there a family or team plan?
Not yet. Premium is a single-user subscription. If you share a trip via the share-link or invite a collaborator, they get read or edit access regardless of whether they're Premium — the subscription gates the AI + automation features for your account, not the trip data.
How do you handle payment info?
We never see your card details. Payment is processed by Stripe (web) or Google Play (Android), both of which are PCI-compliant and handle the card form themselves. We only store an identifier that lets us ask Stripe / Google whether your subscription is still active.
Do you sell or share my trip data?
No. Your trips are visible only to you (and to people you explicitly share with). We don't sell data, don't run third- party advertising, and don't track you across other apps. The privacy policy has the full list of third parties we use + what data they see.
What's coming next?
Per-site notes + community reviews (so the wisdom about "Site A-12 has the best shade at Yellowstone" actually lives somewhere), iOS app, and a richer trip-collaborator role for families travelling together. Premium revenue is what funds the roadmap.
